2. If Cancellation is RequestedIf the client chooses to cancel the service at any time before starting the project, they shall receive a 100% refund.
3. Partial Refunds
Red Vision Experts LLC may offer partial refunds under the following circumstances:
– If, during the project, the client decides to change all or some of the specifications previously agreed upon, resulting in a price reduction.
– If the project cannot be completed within the stipulated timeline, and Red Vision Experts LLC is unable to provide any reasonable solution to the client.
No refunds shall be given under the following circumstances:
– If the client has already paid for the service, but the problem is due to their web host, server, or other connected third party, which is beyond our control.
– If the client demands excessive and unreasonable modifications that are not agreed upon.
